The Black Walnut Tree has many functions The Black Walnut is a native nut tree of the eastern United States. The Black Walnuts have leaves that are compound or one to two feet long with up to 20 ovate leaflets. The Black Walnut leaves are thin which bright yellow on the upper side are and a lighter color below which is all turns yellow in the fall. The Black Walnut tree can be found all over the country from Florida to California and even sometimes found up in the northern climates such as Connecticut.
